How to manage customer’s subscriptions

Once your customer subscribes to any product which has been assigned to a subscription plan, you will be able to view and manage those subscriptions.

In this article, we will guide you through all the steps to manage a subscription on the EverFlow app. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Access SubscriptionsClick to copy

From the EverFlow dashboard, click on “Subscription” on the left menu bar to access Subscriptions. You can see all subscriptions here.

Step 2: View All SubscriptionsClick to copy

After accessing the Subscriptions, you can view all subscribed customers with active or canceled subscriptions.

You can view detailed information for each subscription, including:

  • Subscription ID
  • Customer details
  • Delivery interval
  • Next order date
  • Last update timestamp
  • Current status

Step 3: View Subscription DetailsClick to copy

After clicking on any subscription, you will find more details about the it.

Next OrderClick to copy

In Next Order section, you can view the date and price of the subscription.

In Next Order Details section, you can view more details about the customer subscription.

Subscription CustomerClick to copy

Here you can view the customer details.

Subscription StatusClick to copy

There are two subscription statuses:

  • Active

  • Cancelled

Step 4: Cancel SubscriptionClick to copy

You can cancel a customer subscription by clicking the cancel button.

Once you click on the “Cancel” button a pop-up page for you to confirm the cancellation.

What happens if I cancel a customer subscription?

Once a customer subscription is canceled the subscriber will no longer get charged by EverFlow.
