VIBE currently supports Instagram Personal accounts.
You can add as many accounts as you want to use them on VIBE.
NOTE: After connecting to your Instagram account, VIBE can access all information (including non-public data) on these accounts and display them on your store within 60 days. After that, the connection will expire but your public posts linked on feeds still show.
After 60 days, if you want to show the private posts or show the latest posts on your Instagram account, you will need to reconnect accounts again to use them with VIBE. This is based on Instagram policy.
Instagram Personal Accounts
To connect your Instagram personal account, click on Add personal account here and login to the account.
You can check the connection status after connecting.
You also can refresh the connection to the account by hitting the Refresh button or click on Disconnect to remove the connection.
Note:
- The connection will need to be refreshed every 60 days.
- If you disconnect the account, all feeds using this account as their source will appear empty.

- What happens if I remove VIBE from Instagram integrations?
If you remove VIBE from Instagram integrations, all feeds with these sources will only show the public data according to Instagram policy. But they cannot show the non-public data and new public posts until you reconnect again.
- What happens if the account connection expires?
According to policy, the access will expire after 60 days for personal account. This will affect all feeds that use sources from non-public data. They will not show until you refresh the connection to accounts.
With feeds that use sources from public data, they still show but cannot show the new public posts from the source. Please refresh the connection to accounts to update feeds with newest posts.
