Overview
When a customer purchases a subscription, EverFlow creates a customer portal account to manage all of their subscriptions, the customer portal has a passwordless login experience that works with emails.
Where Customers Can See Their Subscriptions?
When the Customer-activated subscription notification is enabled, your customers will get an email from EverFlow when they subscribe to a product in your store. Through this email, subscribers have access to the EverFlow Customer Portal and they can be able to manage their subscription.
The Customer Subscribes To A Product
If the product is assigned to a subscription plan, customers will find the option to subscribe to the product on the Product page as shown below:
Customers select the option to Subscribe > specify the delivery frequency, then checkout as normal.
Customer Manages Their Subscriptions
Customers will be directed to the customer portal on the order status page by clicking on the Manage your subscription button.
On the customer portal, customers can click on Manage Subscriptions to view all of their purchased subscriptions, then click on the View detail button to view the subscription details.
Customers can also access their portal by clicking the View Subscription button in the Subscription Confirmation email.
Customers can cancel their subscriptions and will no longer be charged by EverFlow. The Subscription Details page will display all information about the subscription, including the associated products, delivery frequency, price, and order schedule. Customers can also click on the Cancel button to cancel their subscription.
