In the Product Offer feature of the CheckMate app, you have the ability to create and configure a list of sales offers and products that will be displayed on the checkout page of your Shopify store.
Access Product Offer
To access the Product Offers feature in the CheckMate app and customize your product offer on the checkout page, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your CheckMate app and navigate to the dashboard.
- Look for the “Functions” option in the menu and click on it.
- From the menu, select “Product offers”.
- In the Product Offers section, locate and click on the “Manage” button.
Once you click on the “Manage” button, you’ll be taken to the Product Offer page where you can create and customize your product offers. To create a new product offer, locate and click on the “Create new product offer” button.
Customize Product Offer
To adjust the title of a product offer, you can enter the desired name in the text field provided, similar to what is shown in the image below.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to customize a product offer:
Step 1: Customize rules
Rules in the product offer define how the offer functions or applies to specific products.
In the rules listing section, you will find a list of created rules where you can edit, delete, or add new rules. To change the position of a rule, click and drag the items to the desired position.
If the list is long, you can use the search field to find a specific rule by its name.
Click on the “Add rules” button to add new rules for the product offer.
You can add a title for the rules and select the status (active or draft). There are two default conditions you can choose:
- All types of customer and cart
- Specific type of customer and cart
If you select the “Specific type of customer and cart” condition, you can customize it by clicking on the “add conditions” button. This condition can include:

Cart amount |
Set the cart total or subtotal as a condition and add the price of the product. To remove the condition, click on the “Remove” text. |

Products in cart |
Specify if the cart:
Then, you can add products from your Shopify store here. The number of products is unlimited.
To remove the condition, simply click on the “Remove” text. |

Discounts in cart |
Specify if the cart:
To remove the condition, simply click on the “Remove” text. |
Afterward, you can select a list of products to apply this rule to. The AI recommends this list of products based on customer information from your store. The products are divided into two groups: standard and advanced.
Standard Group
In the standard group, it contains 5 lists of product are:

Manual selected products |
You can manually add products to this list by clicking on the “Add product” button. To edit a product, simply select the “Edit” option. If you want to remove a product, click on the X icon. |

Products from collection |
You can select a collection by clicking on the “Add product” button. Then, you can specify the product quantity by adjusting the number.
To remove a collection, simply click on the X icon. |

Products with tag |
You can add products to this list by selecting tags. You can add multiple tags. Specify the product quantity by adjusting the number.
Note that you can select more than one tag here. |

Product of product type |
You can add products to this list by selecting product type. You can add multiple product types.

Product from vendor |
Similar to tags, you can add products to this list by selecting vendors. Specify the product quantity by adjusting the number. |
Advanced Group
In the advanced group, there are 2 lists of products:
- Shopify recommended: This product list is automatically updated. You can specify the product quantity by adjusting the number.
Note: The product list is created based on a recommendation algorithm from Shopify. - Top sellers: This product list is automatically updated. You can specify the product quantity by adjusting the number.
Step 2: Customize Options
In the “Number of products” field, enter the maximum number of products to be included in the offer.
Product Order
You can set up the product order like one of 4 options below:

To exclude out-of-stock products and products already in the customer’s cart from the offer, you can enable these options as shown in the image below:
Step 3: Customize Display
In the “Display” section, there are four elements where you can customize the content:
- Heading: You can add a heading for the offer. The offer will not display the heading if you leave this field blank.
- Add to cart button text: Please note that this field cannot be blank.
- Product option text: Please note that this field cannot be blank.
- Save button text: Please note that this field cannot be blank.
- Enable quantity selector: This option will allow customers to change or update the quantity of product in the list.
After saving, you will see a successful modal as shown below:
And the product offer will appear on the product offer table listing like this result:
What Is Product Offer On Checkout?
The CheckMate app offers a unique implementation of the Product Offer on checkout feature. This functionality allows you to present a curated list of sales offers and products to your customers during the checkout process. By seamlessly integrating with the checkout page of your Shopify store, the app empowers you to customize and showcase additional product options or related services to customers right at the point of sale.

Product Offer Function On Checkout Page Editor
Step 1: Find The Product Offer On The Checkout Page Editor.
From the checkout page editor dashboard, click on “Add app” in the bottom-left corner. The Product Offer option will appear there.
Step 2: Paste Product Offer ID
To connect with the created product offer, simply enter the product offer ID in the designated field. You can find the ID in the product offer listing.
Once the connection has been established, the products listed in the product offer will appear on the checkout page.
