We’ve simplified our pricing to better align with your growth and Ecomate’s future vision while keeping all the essential features. We believe these changes will empower more businesses to enhance their store visual and authenticity with Instagram feeds through VIBE.
VIBE Pricing Plan
Starting in September 2024, all previous VIBE pricing plans will be discontinued. All existing customers will automatically be transitioned to the new free plan, ensuring a seamless experience.
Here’s what the free pricing plan includes:
- Number of Instagram feeds: 3 feeds
- Number of posts per feed: 30 posts
- Shoppable feed: 3 tagged products per post
- Sync Instagram posts and reels from: 2 accounts
- Connect Facebook business account
- Watermark removal
- No automatic post updates
- No display of posts from public account hashtags
Version Update
Prior to September 2024, VIBE offered three plans: Lite, Pro, and Ultimate with limit of features on each plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens if my billing cycle hasn’t finished before the new pricing plan applies?
Once the new pricing is released, your VIBE subscription will be canceled, and you’ll be switched to the free pricing model. You’re automatically offered an app credit based on the difference in price and the number of days remaining in the billing cycle. You can use this app credit for any future Shopify app purchases. 2. Can I still subscribe to one of the old pricing plans?
No, after the new version is released in September 2024, all old pricing plans will no longer be available. You will automatically be enrolled in the new free pricing plan.
2. Why did VIBE change the pricing plans?
We updated our pricing plans to better align with our users’ growing requirements, match Ecomate’s development direction, and ensure we’re offering the most effective tools and features at the best value.
3. What if I have more than 3 feeds before the new pricing plan takes effect?
If you have more than 3 feeds:
- You won’t be able to create new feeds until you reduce the number of feeds to less than 3.
- You still can edit and use existing feeds.
