- The pricing plan will be charged as Monthly Recurring Charge. VIBE’s recurring charge is applied at the end of each Shopify Billing cycle.

For Shopify Paid Store
When you first install VIBE Shoppable Instagram Feed, you are on Lite plan which is free by default.
There are 3 available pricing options for you to choose from: Lite Plan, Pro Plan and Ultimate plan. The differences between these plans are the features, the number of feeds, posts per feed, tag products.

When you are done activating your VIBE plan, the current plan and feeds usage will change on the VIBE dashboard.
If you install the VIBE Shoppable Instagram feed before 30th January 2024, you will retain the old pricing plan. This plan will then be converted to the Ultimate Free plan, encompassing all the features of the standard Ultimate plan.
If you uninstall and then reinstall VIBE after 30th January 2024, you will be applied to the new pricing plan and need to choose a plan that aligns with your feed usage.
For Shopify Development Store
If you own a development store, you will automatically be enrolled in the VIBE Development plan. This plan includes all features available in the VIBE Ultimate plan, helping you save money while your store is in the testing process.
If you transition your Development store to a Paid store, you will need to choose a subscription plan that aligns with your feed usage and product tags.
How To Upgrade VIBE Plan
This guide will show you how to upgrade the VIBE Plan in more detail.
In the VIBE Dashboard:
- Step 1: Change the Plan by accessing Pricing plans page in the left menu bar
- Step 2: Choose the Plan that suits your needs best and click Proceed to payment if applicable.
- Step 3: Approve the charge on Shopify portal. Please note that your Monthly Recurring Charge will be recalculated and make sure you have selected the right plan.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. I am in the Ultimate Free plan, do I have to subscribe to the new pricing plan?
No, you can continue using the Ultimate Free plan as long as you do not uninstall the VIBE Shoppable Instagram Feed app.
2. If I want more active feeds, are there any higher-tier plans available?
Currently, the Ultimate plan is our highest offering. If you need more active feeds than what the Ultimate plan provides, please contact our support team at email support@ecomate.co, or leave a message on our ‘Contact Us‘ page. We will investigate your needs and get back to you with a proper answer.
