There are some reasons your new post on Instagram not showing in the feed:
1. Your account access has been expired or removed
2. The auto-sync feature is disabled
3. Not met the auto-update schedule (it’s not time for posts to be synced according to the automatic schedule)

If you receive these messages on the Dashboard or Feed settings meaning that there’s a connection issue with your Instagram account. You can check the status by heading over to Preferences > Instagram connections.

According to Instagram’s regulations, the account access will expire after 60 days and may affect non-public content, but old posts in public status that are being exploited will still be displayed normally, except for non-public content and new posts.
You will need to hit Refresh to update the status

When the user removes VIBE from the list of Business Integrations/Apps from Facebook/Instagram, this message will appear, the feeds using this source with public data are still displayed normally according to Instagram’s policy, except for non-public content and new posts.
You will need to hit Refresh to update the status

If you check the “Auto-update recent posts“, new posts will automatically be synced to live feeds every fixed hour.
3. Not Met The Auto Update Schedule![Copy Click to copy](https://help.ecomate.co/wp-content/themes/manual/images/icons/link.svg)
You may also want to check if your feeds meet the auto-update schedule or not. The feeds will be synced based on the waiting time.
