What happen when I reinstall VIBE app?

Reinstall within 24 hours if uninstalling from Shopify adminClick to copy

  • If you subscribed to a Lite plan: If you were on the Lite plan and then uninstalled VIBE from the Shopify admin and reinstalled it within 24 hours, you will subscribe to the Lite plan again, return to the Dashboard, and display all the previous data before uninstallation.
  • If you subscribed to a paid plan before: If you were on a Paid plan and then uninstalled VIBE from the Shopify admin and reinstalled it within 24 hours, you will be required to resubscribe to the previous plan to continue using the app.

If the reinstallation occurs after 24 hours, all the data will be deleted, and the user will be considered as a new user and subscribed to the free plan.

Remember that you can only select the lowest plan that can match the settings your store used in that plan. If you want to upgrade to a disabled plan, you will need to approve the charge,  head over to the VIBE app to adjust the settings for that plan, then you can change the plan.

Note:
  • All the data from the previous installation will be stored ( active or draft feed, Instagram account connection, pop-up settings)
  • If you have deleted all the data from the VIBE app during the previous uninstallation, it won’t be recovered.
  • The previous active feeds won’t be displayed on the storefront until you begin to choose a plan.
