There are two main reasons why you can not connect to your Facebook Business account:

1st Scenario: Instagram Account Not Linked To Your Facebook Page YetClick to copy

One of the reasons why you can not connect to your Facebook Business account is that your Instagram account has not been in connection with your Facebook page yet.

2nd Scenario: Multiple Pages Were Selected When You Connect Your Facebook Business Account With VibeClick to copy

If you have multiple Facebook pages and one of them happens to be out of connection from Instagram, you will not be able to connect your Facebook Business account with VIBE

1st Scenario: Connect Your Facebook Page To Your Instagram AccountClick to copy

In order to resolve this, you need to add the Facebook Page that you want to connect to your Instagram professional account. You can follow the detailed instructions of Instagram on how to connect your Facebook page to your Instagram account, please refer to this link for more details.

2nd Scenario: Reconnect Your Facebook Business On VibeClick to copy

Firstly, you need to remove the SellerSmith Integration from your Facebook page. Go to your facebook settings & privacy > settings > Business integration. You can also quickly connect to the setting page via this link: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&section=active

After accessing the setting page, click Remove to remove the integration of Seller Smith from you Facebook Page:

After removing the integration, go back to VIBE and reconnect your Facebook Business account in the Instagram connection field on your Preference page:

After clicking the Add account button, a pop up window will be open and you will need to click the Edit access button to further customize the connection:

Under Read content posted on the page and Show a list of the Pages you manage, you need to only choose the pages that are linked to your Instagram account:

Toggle off the pages that are not linked to any Instagram accounts.

Please note:
  • The options selected on the 2 sections have to be the same.
  • If the A page is connected to the A Instagram account and the B page is connected to the B Instagram account, VIBE will automatically support the connection of the first account, which is the A Instagram account. Therefore, it is best that you select only 1 page that is linked to the Instagram account you want to connect with VIBE.

After selecting the page you want to link, click on the Continue as VIBE button to finish the connection process:
